The following is a brief introduction to some of our team:

LE QUOC PHONG - Managing Director
Phong's life has been colored by his knowledge of and passion for Hospitality Industry. After receiving his BA from the Economic University of Hotel
Tourism Administration, he went on to gain over a decade of experience at New World Hotel Saigon under management of Marriott International, where his career blossomed from Income Auditor, Assistant Front Office Manager, Sales Manager.

After 14 years of serving for New World Hotel he left there then joined Norfolk Development Group as Assistant General Manager cum Director of Sales of Norfolk Hotel.

His accomplishments coalesced when he became a Director of ESM Vietnam. He continues in this position to this day, where his expertise guides
the company along an ongoing path of expansion and improvement.

RODOLPHE BANZET - Revenue Director
After graduating from Lausanne Hotel Business School , Switzerland with a B.A. in Hospitality Management, Rodolphe began his career with Hotel Sofitel Scribe- Paris, France. There, he worked directly with the hospitality industry, conducting market research to better understand the clients' hospitality needs.

This led him to an opportunity to work for Sol Melia- Paris as Yield Manager , in responsible for price strategy of all group and individual distribution channels. Leader of a weekly Yield meeting with the participation of Hotel’s GM, Director of Sales, operation teams . … And from there he joined Concorde Hotels – Paris, during this time he worked in the positions of Revenue Manager.

In 2009, Rodolphe came to Vietnam and joined Sofitel Saigon Plaza as Revenue Manager , then he came onboard the ESM Vietnam team as a Revenue Director .With many years experience in Revenue Management for international hotel chains, Rodolphe gave commitment in increasing revenue for ESM’s Partners.

NGO THI HUYNH NGA - Director of Business Development
Nga earned her BA from Economic University of Hotel- Tourism Administration where she went on to pursue an 15-year career with International Hotel Industry. During her time at New World Hotel Saigon she took on responsibilities as Sales Coordinator, after leaving NWHS she joined Novotel International 4* hotel as Sales Manager then promoted to Director of Sales.

During 4 years from 2006 and 2009 she acquired and her ongoing passion for Hospitality Sales led her to Director of Sales & Marketing of Omni Hotel and Amara International hotel prior to join ESM. Since then, Nga's energetic and customer-focused leadership style has helped steer the company towards enduring success and growth based on the quality of its product. Her present responsibilities at ESM include expanding markets and training for Sales persons.

 

NGO THI THANH TRINH - Director Of Sales
After graduating from HUTECH with a B.A. in Business Administration, Trinh began her career in Hospitality Sales at Equatorial 5* Hotel. She later worked as a Sales Manager for Sofitel Saigon Plaza, and from there she became a Business Development Manager for Intercontinental Asiana Saigon.

Trinh attended many Trade Shows of Hotels and Tourism in Thailand, Singapore likes ATF, NATAS…from there she prospected new business and expanded markets for hotels where she brings her strong commitment to accuracy, thoroughness, and customer satisfaction. Utilizing her vast hotel experience Trinh began her career with ESM Vietnam in September 2009, She has been on both sides of the evaluation process and is devoted to the fairness of it.

PHAN VAN TRUNG HIEU - Director of Sales
Upon completing his studies in Business Management at the University of Van Lang, Hieu went on to acquire over 10 years of experience in the hospitality at New World Hotel Saigon in various departments as Food & Beverage, Front Office, Sales & Marketing. He spent more than 2 years working with HSBC bank, where he gained experience in Human Resource and Personal Finance Service.

Hieu now brings his upbeat leadership and management skills to the ESM Vietnam team, where he continues to develop successful partnerships with his customers.

As a Director of Sales , Hieu uses his firsthand property knowledge and his background in the evaluation business to achieve strong results for company. When Hieu is not at work, he enjoys spending time with selling fashion online at www.kelvinstyle.com as his own business.


CHRISTIAN NG - DIRECTOR OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY
 Christian Ng credits his combination of technical and management skills as a marketable combination for an IT Director's job. Joining ESM Vietnam from February 2010 as Representative Office Manager in France , Ng directs and manages our oversea Information Systems Technology department. Responsibilities include staffing, procedural development, hardware & software acquisition.

Since ESM Vietnam expaned its business in web development project, Ng has taken his experiences of 5 years while working for several Information Technology Companies in Paris - France includes AVXCOM, KLEKOON, CENTRAPEL.. to plane, designe and implement Interactive Media projects on client website including interactive banners, risk assessment calculations, and various calculators for prospects.

Ng offered professional Website development services to help the clients successfully plan, create, maintain and market their Web development project. His strengths include fresh and creative graphic design, solid information architecture, and useful Web interactive features including polls,e-newsletters, message boards and forums.
